True, it takes 41 odd days for the cells in our body to learn a new habit! And that is exactly why many traditional healing systems require you to undergo therapy for a period of 41 days. Does that make sense?

I knew someone would ask. I didn't get NaNo done this year. Had some medical issues for the last few months and although I really wanted to, I just couldn't. But now I'm back. Hence the new posts and the new Qoozins website.

Hopefully everything goes right next year and I actually accomplish my goal. That'd be nice. ;)

I agree with Gargantua - it's difficult to get started on establishing a new habit. For me, if I'm not reading, I'm writing. If I'm not writing, I'm reading. They seem to go hand in hand.

Yes, how did NaNo go?

Your tip is one of that sounds so simple, yet can be so difficult. They say it takes six weeks to establish a habit. I have to say those first six weeks, though, are hard. There are always distractions and competitions for your time. I appreciate this reminder.

So tell me Saphrym, did you finish NaNo?
