That would be terrifying. Glad it was only indigestion. I still smoke, and yes, I know how bad it is for me, but it is the only habit I have left, and I definitely had a capricious youth.

Hello again Patsy. Been a while. But I had the skipping heart beat before I quit smoking. It’s one of the things that scared me into quitting smoking.

Glad nothing was wrong and glad you had that checked.. My dearest friend died Christmas Eve morning of a heart attack at 47 years old.. My Mom has congestive heart failure.. odd thing about the skipping heart beat.. did you have that before you quit smoking? I have it now but didn’t before I quit smoking… but then again I’m a little weird…

Are you ready for 2010?? I think I am.. Have a Happy and SAFE New Year!!

Ahhh, the terrifying thump in your chest. Been there, done that, wore the gown. And probably flashed most of the geriatric population in Nashville in the process. Luckily, I didn’t have to have a tube shoved through the nether regions. The EEG was enough to determine that my heart is Okie dokie, but I feel your pain… and I’m laughing right along with you.
