2 Peanut Butter Sandwiches
Glucophage, Multivitamin, and Fiber Supplement
Snack 1:
1 Slim Fast 220 Calorie Optima Bar
1 cup of Milk
Meal 2:
2 Hotdogs (One too many for my stomach)
Chips
Snack 2:
1 Slim Fast 220 Calorie Optima Bar
1 cup of Milk
Meal 3:
Just under 2 cups of cereal
1 cup of milk
Glucophage
Can’t wait until that weight goes below the 310 mark. Of course, below 300 would be even better. Notice the exercise. I’ve explained that here.
