Hmmm. A pound and a half showed up on my weight for this morning. Maybe because I weighed myself about 2 hours earlier than normal. Well, doesn’t matter. I went walking today. And not leisurely walking either. This is something I haven’t done in years. And you know what? It felt good. It was less than 30 degrees outside. I had our dog, Snowball, on a leash. The cold air felt good on my throat. It was nice to not be out of breath after a block. Heck, I never was really out of breath. It was an amazing experience and I plan on repeating it often. Well, until the heat comes back, because then it would suck. I hate heat. I’ve mentioned that before. But I seriously hate heat.
DIET DIARY

Weight: 294.0
Fluids: Water (16 oz - 5 times a day)
Exercise:
Walking for 30 minutes.

Salisbury Steak
Mashed Potatoes
Carrots

1 Slim Fast 220 Calorie Optima Bar
Meal 3:
Oatmeal
Protein Supplement
Anti inflammatory, Glucophage
