Yeah, so this morning I took my blood sugar and got a 143. Ouch. 120 is the max. I have no idea what could have caused it, but later I took another reading AFTER eating and it was a 114. So I’m guessing that 143 was a fluke. I’ll find out more when I got to the doctor in a few weeks and she gets blood work done on me that shows my average blood sugar over the last few months. I really want to stay off the Glucophage.

Don’t you love it when the reading screws up. One time mine read 278. I knew it was wrong so I did it again and it read 81, a much better reading!

Yeah, that was a little scary until I retook it. However, when I started this diet my blood sugar was almost 300. So even 143 doesn’t scare me as much. A 278 would definitely scare me though.
