That’s about how I felt 2 days ago and how I feel today. See, I’ve decided that it’s time to stop “just” dieting and really starting to do some exercise especially if I want to fill out the skin where all this fat used to be.
My goal is therefore to do 100 push ups and 100 crunches every other day. 2 days ago I did 60 of each. It was tough. I seriously felt like I’d never done a push up or crunch before in my life. Which is not true, because I used to do them often in JROTC. Today, I did 100 of each. That felt even worse. But I know it’ll get better.
Just remember, the Diet Diary shows what I did yesterday. So you won’t see the 100 and 100 until tomorrow.
Now I just need to find some fun cardio to do every day and I’ll be happy.

Would you do some crunches for me too? I can’t get past the burn and am trying to run it off lol
I was actually a slug on my vacation last week and did my exercise each day for an hour but that was it. I ended up gaining 1 lb which I now have to work off plus some. There’s a lesson in there which is do not eat spaghetti while your butt is lounging on the couch watching movies for 5 days straight.

@blueyes - I haven’t touched spaghetti since my diet started. The noodles are loaded with carbs and hard to measure. I miss it though.
And I’m having a hard enough time with my OWN crunches, thank you very much.
