Ok, so yesterday was officially “Chocolate Peanut Butter Day” for me. What do I mean? Well, we had some wheat bread that was about to go bad so I had my “famous” peanut butter sandwiches for all 3 meals. At least I got plenty of protein. As for the chocolate, I had some chocolate for both of my snacks.
So basically, I had a peanut butter cup for the day but spread out into separate meals and separate parts.
And if you look at my numbers below, you’ll notice that I’ve lost some weight again. I’m guessing the change up of food and the exercise is starting to pay off.

Protein is great, but I feel like a mama and I am dying to encourage you to eat more fruit and vegetables! Green is good! (Yeah for the vitamin.) I know you didn’t ask for advice, and you are losing, so that’s fantastic. But mama’s are mama’s, can’t help worrying!

@Eva - How about Chicken Broccoli Cheese and Potato soup? I also eat vegetable soups every once in a while. And I had a salad the other day with my Chick Pot Pie from Bob Evan’s.
Thanks for looking out for me though.

Chocolate and peanut butter huh? Interesting dietary choice. I have been snacking on peanut butter and flaxseed sandwiches lately myself. Keep up the good work!

Nice job on the weight loss. For me I have one major vice and that is having a midnite snack, usually a cup of tea with a buttered/jammed/chocolated bread sandwich. It’s a vice thats hard to get rid off.

@Kofi - I have a Slim-Fast bar normal twice a day. I promise you, they’re just like your vice. They may be helping me with weight loss but the flavors are things like strawberry cheesecake, chocolate brownie. And as you can see, I also have candy and such every once in a while. I just keep it under my carb limit. If you could get rid of the jam, or use a low carb version, would make a huge difference. Wheat bread is only 10 grams of carbs per slice.
