Blood Sugar: 151
Weight: 314.8 lbs
Fluids: Water and Diet Rite Tangerine
Exercise:
30 minutes of aerobics
Meal 1:
Just under 2 cups of Golden Grahams Cereal
1 cup of milk
Glucophage, Multivitamin, and Fiber Supplement
Snack 1:
1 Slim Fast Bar (Chocolate Chunk Slim-Fast Optima - 220 Calorie version)
1 cup of Milk
Meal 2:
Half of a Homemade Pizza with Beef and Cheese
Snack 2:
1 Slim Fast Bar (Strawberry Cheesecake Slim-Fast Optima - 220 Calorie version)
1 cup of Milk
Meal 3:
Just under 2 cups of Golden Grahams Cereal
1 cup of milk
Glucophage

Just as I mentioned in Well THAT Sucks!, my weight has now dropped below 315 pounds. So again, don’t be discouraged. Fluctuation is normal. Even with blood sugar for those of you with diabetes. Mine has kind of risen, but I know it’ll drop again soon.
