Diet Diary 10/02/2007

Blood Sugar: 152
Weight: 315.0 lbs
Fluids: Water and Diet Dr. Pepper
Exercise:
1 hour of swimming
Meal 1:
Just under 2 cups of cereal
1 cup of milk
Glucophage, Multivitamin, and Fiber Supplement
Snack 1:
1 Slim Fast 220 Calorie Optima Bar
1 cup of Milk
Meal 2:
Roast
Mashed Potatoes
Carrots
Snack 2:
1 Slim Fast 220 Calorie Optima Bar
1 cup of Milk
Meal 3:
Just under 2 cups of cereal
1 cup of milk
Glucophage

I’m back up by .2 pounds, but I also weighed 2 hours earlier than normal. That can make a big difference sometimes. However, I did get an hour of swimming in today, so things should definitely be moving down even more soon. I’m getting a little aggravated with the blood sugar level. My diet has been the same for weeks, yet it’s staying kind of high even though it was lower in the middle of that time. I’ve got to keep an eye on that. Might do multiple checks throughout the day tomorrow.
