Blood Sugar: 117 (Wow. Big fluctuation.)
Weight: 314.8 lbs
Fluids: Water and Diet Dr. Pepper
Exercise:
45 minutes of swimming
Meal 1:
Just under 2 cups of cereal
1 cup of milk
Glucophage, Multivitamin, and Fiber Supplement
Snack 1:
1 Slim Fast 220 Calorie Optima Bar
1 cup of Milk
Meal 2:
2 Hotdogs
1 package of Pringles (12g of carbs)
Snack 2:
1 Slim Fast 220 Calorie Optima Bar
1 cup of Milk
Meal 3:
Just under 2 cups of cereal
1 cup of milk
Glucophage
Yep. The weight is dropping again. Bet it’ll be lower again tomorrow since I’ve gotten more exercise. I was surprised with that Blood Sugar number. Would be nice if it stayed there or got a little lower. For the swimming today I did a lot of diving for dive sticks and treading water. Was fun, relaxing, and now my muscles ache, as they should. My weight might go up a little because of gain in muscle, but I doubt it.
