Blood Sugar: 148 (Grumble Grumble)
Weight: 314.0 lbs
Fluids: Water and Diet Soda
Exercise:
1 hour of swimming
Meal 1:
Just under 2 cups of cereal
1 cup of milk
Glucophage, Multivitamin, and Fiber Supplement
Snack 1:
1 Slim Fast 220 Calorie Optima Bar
1 cup of Milk
Meal 2:
2 Turkey Sandwiches
Chips
Snack 2:
1 Slim Fast 220 Calorie Optima Bar
1 cup of Milk
Meal 3:
Just under 2 cups of cereal
1 cup of milk
Glucophage

Dropped another .8 pounds. Gotta love it! Same as normal on the swimming. Went after dive sticks and treaded water.
