Exercise:

Just under 2 cups of cereal
1 cup of milk
Glucophage, Multivitamin, and Fiber Supplement
Snack 1:
1 Slim Fast 220 Calorie Optima Bar
1 cup of Milk
Meal 2:
Pork Chop
Green Beans
Rice-a-Roni
Snack 2:
1 Slim Fast 220 Calorie Optima Bar
1 cup of Milk
Meal 3:
Just under 2 cups of cereal
1 cup of milk
Glucophage
Raced my wife after the diving sticks tonight. Had a lot of fun even though she kept beating me. She’s a much better swimmer than I am. But, if you notice, I’m down another .8 pounds today. This exercise thing is paying off I think.
