Meal 1:
Just under 2 cups of cereal
1 cup of milk
Glucophage, Multivitamin, and Fiber Supplement
Snack 1:
1 Slim Fast 220 Calorie Optima Bar
1 cup of Milk
Meal 2:
Half of a homemade pizza. Used a different crust (crescent dough) and only actually had like 44g of carbs this time.
Snack 2:
1 Slim Fast 220 Calorie Optima Bar
1 cup of Milk
Meal 3:
Just under 2 cups of cereal
1 cup of milk
Glucophage
Stepped on the scale with a surprise this morning. 310.4 was a nice drop. I don’t trust it even though I weighed myself 3 times. We’ll see tomorrow. I think it’s going to fluctuate again though.

Dude, keep up the good effort, but quit writing about food! You’ll drive yourself nuts. Write about sports cars or hot babes… anything to motivate what you want from life. Food is still what you want because you’re writing about it!

Well, everyone wants food. But as for the Diet Diary, the purpose is to let people know what I’m eating as information. Maybe someone else can benefit from my mistakes and/or good ideas to lose weight.
