Chunky Vegetarian Vegetable Soup and 2 pieces of whole wheat toast with butter
Snack 2:
1 Slim Fast 220 Calorie Optima Bar
1 cup of Milk
Meal 3:
Just under 2 cups of cereal
1 cup of milk
