Blood Sugar: 167 (although a random after breakfast was 133)
Weight: 311.0 lbs (Told you it’d fluctuate)
Fluids: Water and Diet Soda
Exercise:
30 minutes aerobic and 1 hour swimming
Meal 1:
Leftover Pizza
Glucophage, Multivitamin, and Fiber Supplement
Snack 1:
1 Slim Fast 220 Calorie Optima Bar
1 cup of Milk
Meal 2:
Chunky Vegetarian Vegetable Soup and 2 pieces of whole wheat toast with butter
Snack 2:
1 Slim Fast 220 Calorie Optima Bar
1 cup of Milk
Meal 3:
Just under 2 cups of cereal
1 cup of milk
Glucophage
