Meal 1:
Just under 2 cups of cereal
1 cup of milk
Glucophage, Multivitamin, and Fiber Supplement
Snack 1:
1 Slim Fast 220 Calorie Optima Bar
1 cup of Milk
Meal 2:
Veggie Pizza from Applebee’s (Only 14g of carbs!)
1/3 cup of Strawberry Cheesecake (After no sugar, man was that heaven. But it was only a little bit.)
Snack 2:
1 Slim Fast 220 Calorie Optima Bar
1 cup of Milk
Meal 3:
Just under 2 cups of cereal
1 cup of milk
Glucophage
So here’s how I’m doing it now. I drink one 16 oz glass of water before every meal and snack and then one before bed. We’ll see if water makes a change.
