Weight: 310.4 (More Argh)
Fluids: Water (16 oz - 5 times a day)
Exercise:
None.
Meal 1:
Just under 2 cups of cereal
1 cup of milk
Protein Supplement
Glucophage, Multivitamin, and Fiber Supplement
Snack 1:
1 Slim Fast 220 Calorie Optima Bar
1 cup of Milk
Meal 2:
2 Hotdogs
Protein Supplement
Snack 2:
1 Slim Fast 220 Calorie Optima Bar
Meal 3:
Oatmeal
Protein Supplement
Glucophage

If you look at the second snack and the third meal, you may notice I’m trying something different. I’ll explain tomorrow.
