Glucophage, Multivitamin, and Fiber Supplement
Snack 1:
1 Slim Fast 220 Calorie Optima Bar
Meal 2:
Fried Chicken
Biscuit
Potato Wedges
(We went out. I was careful about how much of it I ate though.)
Snack 2:
1 Slim Fast 220 Calorie Optima Bar
Meal 3:
Oatmeal
Protein Supplement
Glucophage
So, I’ve added protein and removed milk. Also have plenty of oatmeal. My calories have dropped again. And I checked, I’m still getting plenty of all of my vitamins. So we’ll see how this goes. I’m trying it without the exercise for just a bit to see how it effects me without it.
