Weight: 308.8
Fluids: Water (16 oz - 5 times a day)
Exercise:
None.
Meal 1:
Oatmeal
Protein Supplement
Glucophage, Multivitamin, and Fiber Supplement
Snack 1:
1 Slim Fast 220 Calorie Optima Bar
Meal 2:
Salisbury Steak
Potatoes
Corn on the Cob
Snack 2:
1 Slim Fast 220 Calorie Optima Bar
Meal 3:
Oatmeal
Protein Supplement
Glucophage

Yep. Tonight’s meal was a great meal. But look at that weight from this morning. 308.8. I think my new diet is doing rather well. Doing one more day of no exercise to fully see how it does on it’s own, but I think it’s fine. Also notice the low blood sugar. Hopefully that gets even lower. Tomorrow I try the strength training on the Biggest Loser workout video I have. I bought some 5 pound weights tonight to go with it. We’ll see how that goes. But right now, I’m quite happy. It seems as if I managed to traverse the plateau and am to losing more weight. Give me about a week or two and I’ll finally be below 300. Can’t wait.
