Yeah, I know, what the heck? That’s different! Well, I had to have blood drawn today, so I had to fast. So I didn’t get as much food. But that’s ok, look at my weight from this morning. Lost another pound and a half since yesterday. The new diet is working quite well. So with the exercise from today and the fasting, should be interesting tomorrow. Although it might go up a little because of the fact my body might get scared I’m not feeding it enough from the fasting today. We’ll have to see.
