Blood sugar is good. Weight is a tiny bit higher than yesterday, but again, I figured that might happen. Otherwise, I think I’m on the right track. Had good blood pressure and such at the doctor’s and will know more about my blood work on Monday to see if I’ve been keeping my cholesterol down.
