Ahhh. I’m happy. The weight is going down again. You may also notice a new pill. It’s for my elbow. It used to hurt every once in a while, but the exercise is making it worse, so I finally gave in and told the doctor. She gave me pills. Hopefully it works. I don’t care for the alternative (surgery).
