Meal 2:
Homemade Pizza
Snack 2:
1 Slim Fast 220 Calorie Optima Bar
Meal 3:
Leftover Pizza
Anti inflammatory, Glucophage

Pizza day! I love pizza day. But it is homemade, so toppings are carefully chosen to stay within my diet. Since there was beef on it, I didn’t take my protein supplement during those times. However, notice the weight. Just a few more days and I might just break through the 300 barrier. That will be cause for celebration.
