It’s Frickin’ Cold!

(For more information about my dieting and weight loss, click here. For more information about the specific foods I eat, click here.)

Last year I weighed 355 pounds at this time of year. I walked outside in the snow with shorts and a t-shirt. I had built in insulation. This year, not so much. I walk outside and I get cold! 70+ pounds of insulation are missing. My hands get so cold they hurt and these darn gloves I have just don’t work well against the cold, biting wind. Well, I figured out a way around that. Watch the video for today to find out.

Yeah, I knew you two were different people. I think I missed that in a previous post of mine. I’ll edit this post and make it obvious. But since I’m doing this a lot (did it again today) you might be getting a lot of Trackbacks. ;)

I feel for you on the cold. I have only lost 10 lbs but, I do not have a thyroid so I am always cold. In fact, I am freezing at the moment and it is not even cold enough to snow here in Texas. The closest thing that we get here to a snow man is something we found on our recent trip in a truck stop. It was a Texas Snow Man (we should have bought one but, didn’t). A “Texas Snow Man” is a snow globe sort of thing with only water and snow man parts (hat, little black coal looking things and a carrot looking thing)

Texas Snow Man? I needed one of those when I lived in Louisiana. No snow there either. Not even really that cold there. Doesn’t get below 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Ok, that’s an exaggeration. But still. ;)

    Hey Saphrym,

The chair dance is a hoot! I had never thought of such a creative use for Wal Mart bags; you’re a clever guy!

Glad you like the dance. And I wasn’t clever. I was cold. ;)
