My Virtual ModelA while back, I mentioned a service on the Internet called My Virtual Model. That’s how I made the picture to the left. However, that was also when I only had 2 readers. So I figured I’d bring back that information to share with other people who are now reading this blog. The site is interesting. There are tons of uses for it, but I liked using it to show an example of what I looked like at 311 pounds versus what I will hopefully look like around 250 pounds. I really need to get to doing some strength exercises to build my muscles if I want to look like that after I drop 32 more pounds.

But to use it for your own purposes, click on the “Try it Now” button when you go to the site. Then click on “Man” or “Woman” in the tabs. And to make the body look the way you want it to, click on the body itself. There are options for the body, face, etc. It’s a very cool site to play with. And if you’re planning on losing weight, you can get an idea of what you will look like when you get to your target weight. It’s just a rough estimate, but it’s a nice way of encouraging yourself to reach that point. Every time I see that picture it makes me want to do more so I can look like that.
