I switched up a little on my last meal and had a peanut butter sandwich and some milk. I hate taking meds but have had a little heartburn. So I wanted some milk. Oh, and I walked 2 miles again today. Even my wife joined for both miles. My daughter, for the second mile.

2 Cups of Milk
