My body has responded differently than I expected. It’s quite funny. When I stop exercising for a couple of days, I lose weight. When I start again, I gain or maintain weight. Now, I know that part of it is I’m burning more calories and therefore my body gets worried. It’s kind of like not eating enough. So although I’m not on a “YoYo” diet, it sometimes feels like it. Today is one of those days. I went walking yesterday, a lot. Our van had to go into the shop. But none of that walking seemed to make a dent in my weight. Heck, I walked even more this morning before eating and weighing in. I know over time my weight will still go down, but I hate seeing the same number or higher.
The good news is my blood sugar has remained below 120. So I’m quite happy. Seems as if getting off my meds was the right thing to do.

Regarding your diet diary.
Have you thought about making graph, which would show how your weight has been going up and down (mainly down) during your diet. I guess anyone could make it on their own by collecting your weight figures from your diary entries, but …

I have a graph on the Dieter History page.
It’s linked from every diet post.
