Blood Sugar: 106
Weight: 283.0
Fat Percentage: 48.1
Water Percentage: 30.2
Muscle Percentage: 34.7
As you can see, my weight has dropped 0.8 pounds since last week. That’s not too bad considering I didn’t do all of my exercise this past week, and I ate cake and ice cream twice because of my daughter’s birthday. So all in all, with all of that going on, it’s been a pretty good week. I only deviated from my normal diet with the cake and ice cream and the lack of exercise. Otherwise I stayed on track. And with the weight loss showing, I’m happy, all things considered. Here’s hoping for more weight loss come next Saturday though.

Congratulations on another weight drop. What I’ve noticed since losing 45 pounds in the past few months is how much my blood tests have improved. There’s no debating that losing weight makes a huge difference in your health, your ability to move around and how you feel.
