DIET DIARY

NUMBERS FROM TODAY
Blood Sugar: 85
Weight: 285.0
Fat Percentage: 48.7
Water Percentage: 29.9
Muscle Percentage: 34.6

For those of you who keep up with my weight, you’ll see I’ve gained 2 pounds over the last week. Let the nagging begin. However, I will say that I knew it was going to happen because I haven’t followed my diet properly. I wanted to shock it into letting me lose more weight. I just didn’t expect the gain. Expect me to be much lighter come next Saturday, at least back down to 283.0 if not less. (If you keep track of my fat percentages, you’ll see that’s where the weight came from. I’m not proud of it, and I will fix it.) Now, excuse me as I hang my head in shame and wait for the comments to yell at me.

    I won’t nag and yell I think you have that covered all by yourself. Now pick your head up and move on.. You have already figured out what you did wrong or maybe just didn’t do at all. And two pounds really isn’t a lot. I bet you loose that and more next week. I can’t say anything because I know I have gained since I quit smoking. I know I need to be on a diet. But I am healthy and I hate the idea of being chained to a scale forever.. So I don’t even own one.I at first said that I would go buy me some cigs and then not be fat but My Husband says he would rather have me well fed.. (that sounds so much better than FAT).. than smoking. He has never smoked and to be honest I am ashamed that I had rotten breath from smoking. I know now.. And I am a firm believer in once you know.. You fix it if you can..
    at least you follow a good diet. I once tried one where you ate nine Banana’s the first day. Nine boiled eggs the second day. Nine Hot dogs the third day.. (no bread or anything on them) and the forth day you ate 3 of each. the fifth day you ate what ever you wanted and then started over. My Mom , My sister and I all went on it together. Mama lost 20 pounds. Trudy lost 11 pounds and I gained 6 pounds.. I decided then that dieting wasn’t in my best interest! you’ll get right back on track and at least the new pants still fit!

    @Patsy - The banana, egg, hotdog diet sounds very… unappetizing. And I understand the smoking thing. That is one vice I have left and am having a hard time getting rid of it.
