Behold the beauty of the fat percentage. See, I didn’t lose any weight today. I’m still at the same weight as yesterday. And before I bought my new scale, this would have been disheartening. But today, I looked at the numbers for my fat percentage and saw that even though I weighed the same, I lost 0.3% fat. Now, this scale is supposed to be accurate, but there’s a chance it might be wrong. So I won’t be completely happy about it until I see the numbers tomorrow and see if they remain about the same.
