Flavored Ice

Description: This is a NO calorie quick cold drink great for summer time.

Ingredients:
Ice
Water
Splenda (Or no calorie artificial sweetener of choice)
Extract (pick your own flavor)

Directions:
1. Fill MB mug with ice.
2. Add Splenda to taste. (Normally about a tablespoon)
3. Add a few drops of your favorite extract to taste. (I like cherry or raspberry but vanilla works great too.)
4. Blend until ice is fully crushed.
5. Enjoy!
