Yes. This is Simple:Press and it was extremely easy to integrate. Some people have problems with it. Most don't. I just uploaded it, activated the plugin, clicked on the new forum link in the admin area, and then clicked on the install button. From there it was just setting the options and forums the way you wanted them.
