As a senior and entitled to my very own senior moments now and then, I find of late it’s more now than then. Are you confused, cause I certainly am sometimes, but not all of the time.
At one time Rick rocked or was cool or some such thing - he could definitely sing in tone, which I remember being grateful for, having grandchildren that played his particular type of music rather loudly. When you can’t beat them - join them.
Looking at Saphryms sketch, I can see that it’s funny in a sense that it makes me laugh. Why I’m laughing? No idea - it’s catching and that’s what’s important for me. When you get to be older, the penny drops, things fall into place and you realise that not every question has an answer.

I read about this a couple times before I actually experienced it. I liked Rick. I really did. Like Karen I, too, had a massive crush on Mr. Astley. But then on his follow up album he grew his hair out YUCK! And he looked like a Yak. I haven’t had a crush since then. But now that I’ve seen the original again, hmmm (waggles eyebrows)…
