(Yes. I’m changing formats. I’m trying to lower my posts to one a day. So for now on, on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I’ll be doing the MWF Read. The other 4 days of the week will be whatever I feel like writing about/dieting articles. Every post will have a Diet Diary attached. People weren’t really getting much traffic from the “Reads” on the weekends and they got buried too fast with the number of posts I was doing. So I figure this will help everyone involved.)

- The John Chow Chronicles : A Blog About Spam - Slam Blogger - Slam Blogger is a very interesting person and this series of articles on his site was rather funny. So I figured I’d tell you guys about it.
- How To Deal With Teenage Abusive Relationships - Telling It Like It Is - I’ve mentioned this site before but this article truly caught my attention. Very well written and informative.
- May the Quark be With You - The Roller Blog - I love 70s related stuff. This site is full of it. Very interesting concept to do all 70s all the time on a blog in the 21st century. This particular article caught my attention because I had never heard of the show and now I want to see it.
- How much sleep do you really need? Helpful tips to get that sleep! - Pat King - A very healthful site. And since I end up staying up very late and not getting as much sleep as I should (as a lot of bloggers do), I figured this would be helpful advice for me and my readers. I was right. Good stuff.

Hey Saphrym,
I have to tell you that I’m really enjoying popping on over here and checking out how you’re diet program is going. I’ve checked out the pics and you’re doing a great job! Truly inspiring for those wanting to lose weight and improve their health all around.
I’m so curious what program/software(?) you use to make the entrecard icons, your MWF Read icon, etc. Photoshop? Very cool.
