Yes. I know. I’m posting this one a day late. I was busy yesterday. But, in a few minutes, I’ll be posting today’s too. So I’m making up for it. ;)

  • You Can’t Make This Stuff Up - Sue Doe-Nim - I love Sue. I love her tagline. I love her blog. Too bad I’m married (sorry honey). Seriously, this was a funny story told by a funny woman. Go read it if you haven’t already because we all know her site is much cooler than mine. Oh, and Sue, my BMI is 42.9. I’ve got you beat (for now).
  • Punishment - Boscardin.org - A very honest blog. This one talks about her depression but it shows ehr honesty in her blog entries. It’s definitely growing on me.
  • Nicolas Caesar’s Amazing Media Morgue Art - Media Morgue - Wow! Love the artwork portrayed in this post. However, don’t stop there. This is a very witty blog. Check out the rest of the posts too.
  • (Day 264 / -122 lbs.) Back to the Bleachers & Pizza Diet - Steve v4.6 - A fellow loser. Weight loser that is. Excellent charts showing the dieting progress. And he’s lost over 120 pounds. Wow! He also loves pizza, just like me.
  • Yawning At History - Full of Secrets - This blog has a very interesting premise: anonymously share anything with the world. I love it. I get kind of a guilty pleasure out of reading it. This particular post made me giggle and immediately think of a professor I has about a year ago.

Food and Exercise from Yesterday

Fluids: Water (16 oz - 5 times a day)
Exercise:
20 Curls of 85 pounds.
Thursday from my exercise plan but as a 1 mile walk.
Meal 1:
Border Scramble Omelet
Multivitamin
B150 Vitamin Complex
Snack 1:
1 Slim Fast 220 Calorie Optima Bar
Meal 2:
2 Peanut Butter Sandwiches
Chips
