Random Rewards Vol. 2a

Filed under Webmaster/Blogger | Posted by Saphrym

Ok. I’m in a good mood again. But this time you have to work for your reward. I recently got this question in an e-mail and it was in the form of a password protected Excel worksheet. I managed to figure out the answer and it gave me an idea for another post. I decided to go ahead and do another Random Rewards post. (However, don’t get spoiled to these. Money doesn’t grow on trees, yet.) Since the question deals with the number 7, the reward here is $7.00 paid through PayPal.

So here’s how to win the cash:

  1. Figure out the answer to the following question.
  2. Use that answer as the password for Random Rewards Vol. 2b.
  3. Be the first to comment on Random Rewards Vol. 2b.
  4. Enter your PayPal e-mail address in the comments form (it won’t be sold or shared).
  5. Wait for your $7.00 to be delivered to your PayPal address.

Pretty simple right? Well, here’s your question. It’s not a trick question, it’s just a math question:

There are 7 girls on a bus.
Each girl has 7 backpacks.
In each backpack, there are 7 big cats.
For every big cat there are 7 little cats.

Question: How many legs are there in the bus?

Remember, it’s not a trick question and the answer to it is the password for Random Rewards Vol. 2b. Good luck!

@Nicole - What’s your favorite subject in school?

    Is?
    Lol, thanks ;)

It was English and French in the later years.
I liked writing in German and arts pre-teen.

@Nicole - Actually, I used the contraction on purpose. ;) But hey, I still attend school. So it could be “is” at any age.

As for your choice of classes, I love the English and French. My degree is in English with a minor in Creative Writing. I took French but never truly learned the language. My mom spoke it, but not when she was in the United States, so I never actually learned it.

German? Writing? Closest I’ve come to German is when my dad used to say “Hurry Up!” in German. But it was the only phrase he knew.

Arts are awesome. My daughter is loving music, computers, science, and social studies. The social studies is where she’s completely different from me. ;)

Grin, I figured that you did it in purpose ;)

French is great, but I lost most of it when I worked in Spain and learned Spanish out of the hip.
Now I end up trying to say something in French and it pops into my mind in Spanish and the other way around, sigh.

LOL, maybe it helps that I AM German ;)

Oh, it’s wonderful when kids love arts :)
I wish I had stuck with it, but oh well…
At least I have Photography now :)

    Social studies, shudder

Is this a riddle? Or just a simple math equation? I’m so confused! Sigh….
