I believe in that. Change, for the better or for the worse, is an indication that the people of the earth are not merely "existing" but, rather, are contantly evolving; and are instinctively exercising their ability to think. You are correct...as we continuously find ways and means towards progress, we should weigh both the advantages and disadvantages of our decisions since the reason for man's need to change things and the overall goal is to, hopefully, improve our lives in the process.
